How can I return an item from my order?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within the specified return period, as long as it meets our return policy conditions. To initiate a return, log in to your Bazinga account, go to the “My Orders” section, and select the order you wish to return. Click on the “Return Item” button, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the return request. You’ll receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send back the item. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?
At Bazinga.co.uk, we strive to make returns as straightforward and fair as possible. Here is how return shipping costs are handled on our marketplace:
- If the Item is Wrong, Damaged, Faulty, or Not as Described:
- The seller will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, defective, or does not match the description, please contact the seller within 7 days of receiving the item. The seller will provide instructions for returning the product at no cost to you and either offer a replacement or issue a full refund.
- If the Buyer Changes Their Mind or Ordered by Mistake:
- The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- If you decide to return an item because you changed your mind or made an order by mistake, you will need to pay for the return shipping. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, the seller will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding the original shipping costs if applicable.
